摘要
平均住院日是反映医院工作效率、医院综合效益的关键指标。作者通过对上海市区县以上医院1994～1996年的平均住院日资料的统计分析,指出影响平均住院日的因素是多方面的,缩短平均住院日是可行的,提出了建立卫生资源宏观调控机制的设想。
The average Hospitalization days of patients are the key indication which reflects the working efficiency of a hospital and its combined benefits. Through a statistical analysis on the data of the average hospitalization days above the district and county hospitals from 1994 to 1996 in Shanghai Municipality, it was indicated that the affecting factors for the average hospitalization days for patients are multiple and that limiting or shortening the average hospitalization days for patients is possible,and an imagination of establishing a mechanism for macroscopically controlling health service resources is proposed.
