富硒超氧化物歧化酶绿茶对糖尿病大鼠降糖效应的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察富硒超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)绿茶对糖尿病大鼠的降糖效应。方法:30只四氧嘧啶制作成功的Wistar糖尿病模型大鼠,随机分为糖尿病对照组(B组)、普通绿茶组(C组)和富硒SOD绿茶组(D组),另取10只大鼠为正常对照组(A组)。在常规饲料自由进食饮水的基础上,A组和B组给予蒸馏水灌胃,C组和D组分别给予普通绿茶粉溶液和富硒SOD绿茶粉溶液灌胃。测定大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、糖耐量(OGTT)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果:D组大鼠分组喂养后30、60和90 d FPG和0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 h的OGTT测定值均显著或非常显著低于C组和B组(P<0.05,P<0.01);而C组分组喂养后60和90 d后,FPG和1.5、2 h的OGTT测定值显著或非常显著低于B组(P<0.05,P<0.01);C组GSP含量显著低于B组,D组显著或非常显著低于C组和B组;C组血清SOD活性显著高于B组,D组血清SOD活力和MDA含量与B组、C组均存在显著或非常显著性差异。结论:普通绿茶和富硒SOD绿茶均具有降血糖效应,但富硒SOD绿茶效果更好,其降糖效应可能与其改善糖尿病大鼠机体抗氧化能力有关。 Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of selenium-enriched compound SOD green tea in diabetic rats. Methods:30 adult Wister rats induced diabetic models by alloxan were randomly divided into DM group( B), green tea group (C)and selenium-enriched compound SOD green tea group (D), and another 10 normal rats were attributed to control group (A). A and B were treated with intragastric administration of distilled water, while green tea and selenium-enriched compound SOD green tea were administrated for C and D respectively. The concentrations of fasting plasma glucose ( FPG), oral glucose tolerance test( OGTF), glycosylated serum protein (GSP), malondialdehyde (MDA)and the activity of SOD were examined. Results: Compared to B or C group, the levels of FPG, OGTT, GSP and MDA were significantly decreased and the activity of SOD was markedly increased in D group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Seleniumnriched compound SOD green tea can more effectively regulate and control the glycometabolism in diabetic rats than green tea.
