摘要 PTEN基因是第一个具有双特异性磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因，具有调控细胞的生长发育和细胞凋亡的作用，并能影响肿瘤细胞的浸润、转移过程。该基因与口腔癌发生、发展及预后有相关性，从而为口腔癌基因治疗提供一种新途径。 PTEN gene is the first of a dual-specificity phosphatase activity of tumor suppressor gene, with control cell growth and apoptosis, and can affect the tumor cell invasion and metastasis process. The gene is associated with the occurrence, development and prognosis of oral cancer and oral cancer gene therapy might provide a new way.
