高剂量碘酸钾摄入后大鼠甲状腺定量形态学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究不同剂量碘酸钾对大鼠甲状腺形态的影响。方法应用M IAS-2000型图像分析系统对甲状腺滤泡进行定量形态学观察。结果与适碘组相比,低碘组甲状腺明显肿大,在各时间段小滤泡数量明显增多,平均横截面积明显减小,等效圆直径和球形因子亦减小;4个高碘组甲状腺未见肿大,在3月、6月时小滤泡数量相对减少,而12月时小滤泡数量相对增多。结论在本实验观察期内低碘组大鼠发生了明显的小滤泡增生性甲状腺肿;高剂量碘酸钾摄入组并未使大鼠甲状腺发生肿大,但甲状腺滤泡呈现出多形性变化及胶质储留。 Objective To investigate the quantitative morphological alterations of the thyroid gland in rat subjected to different levels of potassium iodate intake. Methods 90 healthy Wistar rats in the age of 1 month after weaning (45 males and 45 females) were used in this study. The rats were randomely divided into 6 groups: 1. Low iodine (LI) group, 2. Normal iodine (NI) group, 3. 5-fold high iodine intake (SHI) group, 4. 10-fold high iodine intake (10HI) group, 5. 50-fold high iodine intake (50HI) group, 6. 100-fold high iodine intake (100HI) group. Five rats each group were sacrificed at 3, 6 and 12 months after iodine treatment, respectively. The thyroid glands were taken and weighed, and HE-stained sections were used for morphometric measurement of the number and area of thyroid follicles with a MIAS- 2000 image analysis system. Results Rats in LI group demonstrated a typical goiter of iodine deficiency. The follicles were small and the number increased significantly. High iodine intake didn't induce goiter.The percentage of small follicles in for 3 and 6 months. However, the take for 12 months. Conclusion HI groups was lower than those in NI group after iodine administration results were adversely changed after administration by high iodine in- Iodine deficiency induces a distinct hyper-plastic goiter in rats. High iodine intake does not induce goiter, but the follicles in high iodine intake rats show polymorphic changes, with increased amount of colloid in follicles.
