摘要
农民收入难以实现持续增长,不仅在于当前的农村产业结构不适应农村经济的可持续发展,而且落后的农业生产经营方式、扭曲的农村经济政策、落后的农业科技水平、恶化的农业环境设施、沉重的农村就业人口压力与萎缩的农业就业途径等因素也严重地限制了农民增收渠道的拓展。鉴于农民收入难以实现可持续增长对整个社会经济的可持续发展所造成的不利影响,因此现阶段应采取有效措施促使我国农业与农村经济的发展焕发出应有的生机与活力,从而实现农村以及整个国民经济的可持续发展。
Peasants＇ earnings cannot achieve a stable growth. The reason for it lies not only in the present agriculture industry structure,but also in the slow managing mode of agriculture production, sloe agriculture technology, worsen agriculture environment, the rural population and the poor employment position in rural areas which restrict the growth of peasants＇ earnings. Giving the fact that this stable growth will exert a negative influence upon the sustainable economic development, some measures must be taken to promote the economic development of rural areas to achieve a sustainable development of the national economy.
