摘要
介绍了管道内喷注噪声的产生机理,阐述了用ANSYS程序模拟湍流噪声场的思路与过程,展示了管道中喷注声压的数值计算方法。通过对喷注声源的数值模拟研究发现,稳定喷注能在管道中产生低频宽脉冲声波,并得到实验验证,找到了能在管道中产生低频宽脉冲声波的方法,并且较好地解决了喷注体积的确定问题。现场实验证明,使用喷注声源能显著提高声波在管道中的传播距离,为扩大回声测距法的量程指出了新的途径。
The principle of jet wash noise produced in closed tube was qualitatively analyzed, and the main steps m using the ANAYS program to simulate the distribution of sound field inside the tube were illustrated. Using numerical method, the problem of determining jet wash volume was solved well, and a kind of new sound source that could produce broad pulse of sound wave was discovered. As a result, a useful guidance was provided to find a powerful sound source for enlarging the measurement range of echo method.
