摘要
本文从苏北地区市(县级)政府人才问题的现状出发,分析了人才问题出现的原因,并提出了解决问题的方法和思路。
This article came from the present situation of the talented person’s questions in the northern Jiangsu province (county level), and analyzed the reason which the talented person question appeared, and put forward strategy to the problems and ideas.
