摘要
分析基于收益分配的群决策冲突问题,应用改进的Hirsh leifer冲突函数构建群决策冲突均衡模型,解出均衡模型的内部均衡解并进行解的分析,分析结果显示,群决策冲突过程中,决策双方的谈判力可以通过资源的投入来改变并以资源投入相等达到均衡;决策者的收益低于其机会成本时,决策者会退出决策群体,导致群决策失败。
This paper points out that the reason for conflict in decision-making is the distribution of profits. In order to analyze conflicts in group decision based on profit distribution, we first propose a conflict equilibrium model of group decision-making by using improved Hirshleifer conflict function, then extract the solution of its internal equilibrium. The result shows that bargaining force can be altered by inputting resources and obtain equilibrium when invested resources equal, and that the decision-maker would withdraw from the group if his profit is lower than his opportunity cost, thus leading to the failure of group decision.
