摘要
随着医保覆盖面的扩大及新农合的全面实施,为报销医疗费要求复印病历的病人日益增多,其中因姓名等个人信息问题影响报销而要求更改个人信息者也逐年增多。对本院2006年、2007年、2008年1-5月的申请更正病人信息的住院资料进行回顾性分析,发现要求更改姓名的占90.75%,以骨科、神经外科、妇产科、普通外科、消化内科等急诊较多的科室病人较多。应在改进服务流程、加强对病人告知的基础上,建立更正规范。法律也应尽早对病历中个人信息的修改作出详细规定。
With the expanding of the medical insurance and the new rural cooperative medical service, the demand for copying medical records and changing personal data are increasing after rejection on reimbursement of medical expenses because of their inconsistency with registered data. This is new problem in the medical record control. A retrospective analysis is made of the hospitalization records of 2006, 2007, and the first five months of 2008 in which personal data are required to be changed, and it is found that the requirement for the change of names accounts for 90.75%, mainly in the departments of orthopedics, neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, and digestive medicine, in which there are more emergency patients. We suggest that the criteria of correcting personal data be established on the basis of the improvement of service processes and the meticulous apprisement of patients, and that law provide detailed clauses for the modification of personal data of patients as soon as possible.
