摘要
目的:筛选复方甘草酸苷片的处方组成。方法:以辅料中羧甲基淀粉钠、乳糖、硬脂酸镁为3个因素,每个因素3个水平,选出L9(34)正交表,以复方甘草酸苷片的外观性状、颗粒流动性、崩解时限、含量为指标进行正交试验,筛选最佳处方组成。结果:加入8%的羧甲基淀粉钠后,处方2、3的崩解时限、含量均符合要求,处方3的含量高于处方2,选择处方3作为本品处方,即羧甲基淀粉钠8%,乳糖8%,硬脂酸镁1%。结论:采用本处方及工艺制得的复方甘草酸苷片外观性状、重量差异、含量、溶出度均符合复方甘草酸苷片质量标准要求,且制备工艺简单,适合于工业化生产。
Objective: To screen the formulation of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablet. Methods: Took auxiliary materials carboxymethyl starch sodium, lactose, magnesium stearate as three factors with three levels for each factor to make L9 (34) orthogonal table, With appearance character, granular fluidity, disintegration time and content as indexes, screened the best formulation by orthogonal experiment. Results: After supplementing 8% carboxymethyl starch sodium, disintegration time and content of formula 2 and 3 met the requirement. Moreover, because of the higher content of formula 3 than formula 2, formula 3 was chosen (8% carboxymethyl starch sodium, 8% lactose and 1% magnesium stearate). Conclusion: The appearance character, weigh difference, content and dissolution rate of the chosen formula all meet the standard, and the technique is simple. It is valuable for industrial production.
