摘要
提出了社会企业与多元化就业的关系。慈善和商业的集合正是社会企业打破传统思维的一次尝试。社会企业在创造经济利润的同时创造社会公益价值,从而长久解决社会问题。社会企业工作整合模式、社区经济模式、合作社模式、乡村银行模式,社会企业这一新的组织概念的形成,对于推进中国多元化就业提供了一个新的亮点。
This article proposes the relations of social enterprise and diversification employment. The aggregate of charity and commercial enterprises is precisely an attempt for the social enterprises break the traditional thought. The social enterprises create the social benefit value during creating economic profit＇s, and thus they can solve the social problem for long. The social enterprise integrated work pattern, the community economic pattern, the cooperative society pattern, the country bank pattern, the formation of this new organization concept of the social enterprise provides a new luminescent spot for promoting China＇s diversification employment.
