摘要
以全球价值链理论为指导,分析顺德家电产业集群的形成方式、内部组织结构、产业链结构以及在全球价值链中的地位等基本特征,研究其升级过程,认为顺德家电产业集群正面临功能升级的阶段;通过深入分析影响其产业集群升级的本地大企业、地方政府、本地创新能力以及市场环境等因素,并将这四大因素归纳出与波特"钻石体系"相类似的结构体系,提出未来顺德家电产业集群升级应重点加强本地创新能力的建设,以期为其它区域产业集群的升级提供案例借鉴与政策建议。
Under globalization, for regional economic development it is important in upgrading of local industrial cluster in global value chains. This paper examines electrical appliances industry upgrading in global value chain in Shunde, one of the districts of Foshan city in Guangdong Province, and also one of the manufacture center for electrical appliances industry in China. In this paper, the global value chain theory is summarized firstly. Then, basic characteristics including its formation, organization structure, industry chain structure and the position in global value chain of Shunde electrical appliance industry is analyzed. The path of its upgrading is analyzed, thus it is considered that the industrial cluster is in the period from product upgrading to functional upgrading at present. Particularly, local large enterprises, local governments, local innovation capacity and market environment which have deeply impacted the electrical appliances industrial cluster upgrade are analyzed. It concludes a diamond model by the four factors, similar to Porter＇s. Finally it suggests that the most important measure for industrial cluster upgrading is to enhance the local innovation ability.
