摘要
首次用体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,对7种菊花进行α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性筛选,并与阳性对照药阿卡波糖进行了比较。初筛中,7种菊花的21个提取物中有15个提取物的抑制率高于阿卡波糖(55.63%);复筛后,有14个提取物的活性高于阿卡波糖(IC50=1081.27mg/L)。其中,白玉带的石油醚提取物活性最好(IC50=92.43mg/L),其次为冷艳乙酸乙酯提取物(IC50=164.99mg/L)和春日剑山石油醚提取物(IC50=272.64mg/L)。该文报道工作的新颖性已为河南大学图书馆2008年8月17日出具的第CX2008006号《科技查新报告》所证实。
The α-glucosidase inhibitory activities were assayed in external model by seven species of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat for the first time and compared with acarbose as positive control. The results showed that the inhibitory percentage of fifteen in all twenty-one extractions were higher than that of aearbose (55.63%), during the primary screening, The inhibitory activities of fourteen extractions were higher than acarbose (IC50 = 1 081.27 mg/L). The petroleum ether extract of Baiyudai had the highest inhibitor activity (IC50 =92.43 mg/L),followed by the ethyl acetate extract of Lengyan ( IC50 = 164. 99 mg/L) and the petroleum ether of Chunrijianshan ( IC50 = 272.64 mg/L). The novelty of this work has been confirmed in the research report of Technology Novelty No. CX2008006 provided by Library of Henan University on August 17,2008.
