摘要
分析和比较了现有自动测试系统软件的实现方法,设计了一种基于参数的通用自动测试系统(ATS)软件开发方法.通过对测试对象参数的总结,从被测试参数的测试原理出发,阐明了基于参数的通用ATS软件的设计思想.该方法将系统中的测试仪器与测试参数进行映射,采用开放式仪器资源管理平台的模式,将系统中的测试参数和仪器资源映射关系放置于数据库中并用于控制测试流程,从而简化了测试软件的开发过程,提高了软件的灵活性和通用性.实际运行和测试结果表明,利用该方法设计的软件稳定、可靠,满足应用要求.
Software development methods of the present automatic test system (ATS) are analyzed and compared in this paper. A general ATS software implementation method based on test parameters is proposed. The test instrument and the parameters are mapped one by one first, and then the test software development procedure is simplified by applying open instrument resources management mode and controlling the test flow using the mapping stored in the database. The proposed ATS software development method makes the software more flexible and generalized. The test results show that the software works well and meets application demands.
