抗温抗盐调驱剂的研制与性能评价

摘要 针对尕斯油田E31油藏高温高矿化度的油藏条件,油田'控水增油'的难度很大,实验室研制了以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺与WLX水溶性抗温抗盐交联剂为主体的可动凝胶调驱体系,该体系的最佳配方为:1 800~2 000mg/L高分子量部分水解聚丙烯酰胺+(1.0%~1.20%)(体积分数)交联剂WLX+除氧剂100mg/L。实验证明,此调驱体系具有良好的抗温性、抗盐性、抗剪切性和老化稳定性。 E31 reservoir of Gasi oilfield has characteristics of high-temperature and high-salinity.And the 'Water control and oil increment' in the oil field is very difficult.Based on this condition,the best formulation of the temperature-to-resistance and salt resistant gel is 1800 to 2000mg/L high molecular weight partly hydrolysis polyacrylamide + 1.0%(volume fraction) crosslinking agent WLX + the deoxidant 100mg/L.Experiments have proved that the gel has good temperature-to-resistance,salt resistance and shearing and aging stability.
