摘要
在填料塔中采用动态吸收法考察了吸收液浓度及初始pH值、温度、气液比(G/L)、进气SO2浓度及吸收剂重复使用次数等对PA-A的饱和吸收SO2量及吸收液中SO2氧化情况的影响。结果表明:当吸收液中PA-A浓度为0.1 mol/L、初始pH值为4.71、吸收温度为60℃、气液体积比为16、烟气SO2浓度为15000 mg/m3时,PA-A对SO2的饱和吸收量达0.529mol(SO2)/mol(PA-A),吸收液中SO2氧化率为12.17%;吸收剂重复使用4次后,PA-A对SO2的饱和吸收量下降了约37.8%;当吸收剂重复使用3次后,吸收液中SO2氧化率降为0。
The influences of various process parameters on saturated absorption capacity of PA-A to SO2 and oxidation of SO2 in absorbing solution were investigated with the dynamic absorption method in a packed tower with simulated flue gas,such as initial pH,content of PA-A in absorbent,temperature,gas to liquid ratio(G/L),SO2 concentration of inlet flue gas and reuse times of absorbent.Experimental results indicated that saturated absorption capacity of PA-A to SO2 reached 0.529 mol(SO2)·mol-1(PA-A)and oxidation rate of SO2 in absorbent solution was 12.17% with absorbent initial pH 4.71,content of PA-A 0.1 mol/L,absorption temperature 60 ℃,L/G=16(V/V) and SO2 concentration of inlet flue gas 15000 mg/m3.The saturated absorption capacity of PA-A to SO2 decreased to 62.2% approximately when the absorbent was reused four times and oxidation rate of SO2 in absorbing solution decreased to 0 after three cycles.
