摘要
通过太古新城基坑支护工程实例,介绍了一套深基坑支护设计方案,解决了滨海地区软土地层含水量大、黏聚力及内摩擦角较小,基坑支护过程中流砂、流泥现象难以控制的难题。该方案采用上部放坡、下部钻孔护坡桩+桩间止水桩+拉力分散型预应力锚索支护方案,有效解决了以上难题。通过实际监测表明:基坑位移及沉降均满足基坑支护规范及设计要求。该方案的成功应用为滨海地区软土地层基坑工程提供了一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the example of foundation pit support of Taikoo Shing in Shenzhen,a set of design method is introduced.The difficult problem to control shifting sand and fluid mud during excavation of foundation pits with higher water content and lower c and φ.The project employs the combination of slopes and drilling piles and sealing piles and prestressed anchorage cables.The support of foundation pits in soft soils in coastal areas is effectively solved.By means of in-situ monitoring a conclusion is drawn that the excavation deformation and settlement meet standard and design requirements.It provides guidance for similar projects.
