摘要
在深井、定向井和大位移井钻进过程中,套管和钻柱摩擦与磨损问题越来越突出,尤其是技术套管的磨损已成为钻井界的技术难题。分析了常规套管防磨器的缺点,在此基础上设计了新型的套管防磨器即将套管防磨器的摩擦副设计成连续的耐磨材料带,这种摩擦副的内摩擦力相对非常小,可大大减小钻杆接头对套管内壁的摩擦磨损。对采用两种方案设计的新型套管防磨器的平均磨损率及平均硬度进行了分析对比,结果表明:采用方案Ⅱ设计的新型套管防磨器的平均寿命较常规套管防磨器的使用寿命提高50%。
During the process of drilling operation of the deep well,the directional well or the extended-reach well,the problem related to casing-drill pipe string friction and abrasion is getting more and more serious.Particularly abrasion of the intermediate casing has become a technical hard nut as encountered with by the well-drilling sector.Based on analysis of shortcomings of the conventional casing abrasion protector,a new type protector for casings is designed with its friction pairs modified into a continual band of anti-friction material that relatively produces mush less internal friction,thus the abrasion of the casing inner surface caused by the friction by the drill pipe joint is tremendously reduced.Also conducted are the comparative analysis of average abrasion rates and average hardness of the new type casing abrasion protectors as designed with two different solutions.As a result,it is concluded that the average service life of the protector designed with Solution Ⅱ is 50% longer than that of conventional casing abrasion protector.
