摘要 针对大幅面瓷砖几何尺寸测量存在的问题,给出了一种新型的基于机器视觉的测量方法。设计了一套基于光路反射与集合模式的光学成像系统,通过该光学系统,可以实现单相机大幅面瓷砖的4角图像的采集。该方法有效解决了基于机器视觉的瓷砖尺寸测量传统方法精度不高和稳定性较差的问题。考虑到实际生产中瓷砖发生的偏移和旋转,提出了一种基于边界搜索拟合的动态补偿测量算法,该方法能够为高档瓷砖的尺寸测量提供理论指导。 In this paper we proposed a machine-vision-based geometric quantity method to solve the measurement of large tiles and a light-path-and-integration-based optical imaging system through which the collection of the images of the four corners of large tiles can be achieved by only using a camera.It was proved that this proposal is an effective technique to improve the traditional measurement of the tile size.Considering the offset and rotation of the tiles in the manufacture process,we suggested a boundary searching of the measured images which was proved to be effective to overcome such defects.
