百强固位纤维粘结桥在前牙种植临时修复的应用观察 被引量:2

An observation on the application of super-intensive fiber-reinforced composite resin-bondedfixed partial denture in anterior single-tooth replacement during temporary restoration

摘要 目的探讨百强固位纤维复合树脂粘结桥在前牙种植临时修复的短期临床效果。方法对30例34颗牙分2类4组,15例种植后传统活动义齿临时修复,15例百强固位纤维粘结桥临时修复,6个月和12个月复查,全面评价使用效果并分析比较。结果 20例6个月后临床复查,10例12个月复查,粘结桥全部不松动、修复体完好,无折断、缺损或过度磨耗,无明显着色,固位体边缘与粘结剂界面临床观察结合良好,基牙的探诊出血指数(Bleeding Index,BI)、菌斑指数(Plaque Index,PI),综合评价得分与传统活动义齿比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论百强固位纤维粘结桥是一种非侵入的固定修复方法,各项指标均优于活动义齿,是个别前牙种植后极好的临时修复方式,应为临床上首选。 Objective To evaluate the short term clinical effect of the application of super-intensive fiber-reinforced composite resin-bonded fixed partial denture in anterior single-tooth replacement during temporary restoration.Methods 30 dental implant in 30 patients were classified into two categories and put into four groups each of which was adopted either traditional removable denture of super-intensive fiber-reinforced composite resin-bonded fixed partial denture and a respective clinical re-check after six and 12 months,a comprehensive evaluation at the application effect and a comparison among the 30 cases were conducted.Results 10 and 5 cases received a six-and twelve-month-later clinical re-check respectively and the results showed that the restorations were well retained without fracture,excessive wear and obvious coloration and that the restoration margin was well integrated with dental adhensive agent interface.Compared with the traditional removable denture,the comprehensive evaluation including dental abutment bleeding,BI(bleeding index) and PI(plaque index) scored significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Super-intensive fiber-reinforced composite resin-bonded fixed partial denture,a non-invasively fixed restoration with better indexes than those of removable denture,is proved to be a very good option for temporary restoration in anterior single-tooth replacement and should be the first choice for clinical application.
