摘要
根据"淅川钒矿提钒新技术研究"实验室试验确定的工艺流程及参数,采用破碎—磨矿—两段逆流酸浸—中和—还原—萃取—反萃取—铵盐沉钒工艺,进行了从淅川钒矿中提取V2O5的扩大试验。钒矿石中w(V2O5)=1.09%,两段逆流酸浸,V2O5浸出率平均为86.01%,5级逆流萃取率为99.94%,5级逆流反萃取率为99.97%,V2O5总回收率为83.41%,制备的V2O5产品达到YB/T5304—2006冶金98标准。扩大试验技术指标稳定且优于实验室试验指标。
Base on the process and parameters of 'research of extracting vanadium from Xichuan vanadium ore in laboratory',by the process of crushing-grinding-two stages countercurrent acid leaching-neutralization-reduction-solvent extraction-stripping-ammonium vanadate precipitating,a scale-up test was done.The V2O5 content in the ore was 1.09%,the average leaching rate of V2O5 was 86.01% by two-stages countercurrent acid leaching,V2O5 extraction rate was 99.94% by five-stages countercurrent solvent extraction,V2O5 stripping rate was 99.97% by five-stages countercurrent stripping.In this process,the total V2O5 recovery rate was 83.41%,and the V2O5 product quality accord with the YB/T5304—2006 metallurgical 98 standard.The technologyical indexes of scale-up test were stable,and better then the lab experiment results.
