醇类及氧化处理对反渗透膜表面zeta电势及性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文以间苯二胺水溶液为水相,均苯三甲酰氯环己烷溶液为油相,制备得到的反渗透膜为基础,重点研究了甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇及次氯酸处理对反渗透膜膜表面zeta电位(δ)及膜片性能的影响。结果表明,经醇类处理后,反渗透膜膜面的zeta电势与处理前一致,且均为负值,电位绝对值δIsopropanol>δEthanol>δMethanol。此外,不同于异丙醇,反渗透膜在甲醇和乙醇溶液中表面zeta电势的绝对值随浸泡时间的增加而减小。在短时间内,次氯酸氧化处理可以有效提升膜面的负电性。次氯酸、异丙醇及乙二醇处理可以有效提升反渗透膜通量,但降低膜片脱盐率。甲醇和乙醇对反渗透膜的通量有抑制作用。
