摘要
提出了一种简化10 kV配电网络合环计算模型,计算合环冲击电流、稳态电流和合环状态下保护灵敏度校验的方法,得出能否进行配网合环操作的结论,为调度员进行10 kV配网合环操作提供指导。
A simplified calculation model of closed loop operation in distributing network is presented as well as a calculation method of impact current, steady current, and verification protection in the closed loop state. A conclusion of whether or not to carry out closed loop operation can be obtained, which provides the guidance for dispatchers to do closed loop operation in lOkV distribution network.
