摘要
大型轴流一次风机在并列时,待并列的风机易进入小流量、高压头的不稳定工作区域,从而引发失速、喘振。本文在分析并列时风机失速、喘振原因的基础上,提出了1 000 MW超超临界锅炉一次风机,并列技术措施并在调试中予以实施,解决了大型轴流一次风机并列的难题。
When the large axial-flow primary fans are paralleling,the fan usually enters into unstable work fields(low-flow rate,high pressure).As a result speed stalling and surging occurs.The paralleling technology on the axial flow primary fans for 1 000 MW Ultra-supercritical boilers was put forward and the technology was applied successfully based on analysis of speed stalling and the surging.The problem of large axial primary fans'parallel was solved,and it was a beneficial attempt.
