爆炸荷载作用下悬摆式活门的动力响应 被引量:1

DYNAMIC RESPONSE OF SWING VALVE-SHOCK WAVE ATTENUATION SYSTEM SUBJECTED TO BLAST LOADS

摘要 研究了爆炸荷载作用下悬摆式活门撞击门框的动力响应问题。建立了活门撞击门框的动力方程,得出了活门动弯矩、动剪力以及动挠度的弹性解析解。采用考虑应变速率的二维Timoshenko梁单元有限元程序对活门撞击门框进行了非线性动力分析,讨论了材料非线性、应变速率效应以及活门高跨比对动弯矩、动剪力以及动挠度的影响。结果表明:材料非线性以及应变速率效应对活门撞击门框的动力响应影响较显著,并且这种影响随着随着高跨比的减小而增大。 The dynamic responses of the swing valve-shock wave attenuation system subjected blast loads was investigated in this paper.The mechanic equations of the swing valve were established with the Timoshenko beam theory,and the explicit formulas of dynamic shearing force,dynamic moment and displacement in the mid-span were deduced.The 2D Timoshenko beam FE program combined with the Elasto-viscoplastic stain-rate model was used to analyze the nonlinear dynamic responses of the swing valve impacting on the supports,and the influences of the nonlinear material,strain-rate effects and depth-span ratio were studied.The results show that The nonlinear material and strain-rate effects have considerable influences on responses of the swing valve impacting on the supports and the influence decreased with the depth-span ratio.
