摘要
以某型柴油机配气机构实体为模型,在Pro/Engineer中建模并进行组装,而后导入到机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,建立起机构的虚拟样机.基于所建立的配气机构模型进行了一系列的运动学与动力学仿真分析,验证了模型的可行性,实现研发初期没有实体样机的情况下对机构性能的分析和预测.
A diesel engine valve actuating mechanism is modeled and assembled in Pro/Engineer, and then imported into ADAMS.In ADAMS, a series of kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis are carried to verify the model.According to the results, the author concluded that the simulation of the virtual prototype on compute is feasible during the initial developing stage without physical prototype.
