摘要
作为大型进口天然气管道工程,西气东输二线管道设置了天然气气质分析试验室。该试验室可以提供严格而权威的管输气气质评判基础数据,以保护买方的利益和长输管道安全运营,并为实现能量计量交接收集基础数据。介绍了试验室的设置背景、设计原则,对中、俄天然气标准进行了比较,确定了试验室的分析指标和检测方法,最后介绍了试验室的辅助功能设计。
Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project as a large scale natural gas import project has established the Natural Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectra Analysis Laboratory that provides strict and authoritative basic data of GC-MS for protecting buyer’s interest and ensuring pipeline safe run and realizes energy measurement data collection. This paper describes the background of this laboratory establishment and its design principle, compares the natural gas standards of China and Russia, determines the analytical indexes and inspection methods, and introduces the assistant function design of the laboratory.
