摘要
西气东输二线管道工程第1标段线路工程天山果子沟地段,管道穿越了7条隧道,是西气东输二线控制性工程之一。果子沟段天气异常、地形险要、有效施工期短,加之西三线提前施工段需要并行同时施工,为此,管道局华油工建采取了一系列创新施工技术,在4.2 m宽的隧道内同时进行两根D 1 219 mm×26.4 mm管道的安装,安全、优质、快速地完成了施工任务。这些施工技术的创新应用,在困难段施工中发挥了重要作用,同时也积累了隧道内大型管道的安装经验,成为隧道内同时安装两根管道的成功实例。
Guozigou section of the first bidding section of West to East Gas Pipeline Project is located at Tianshan Mountain and is the controlling project of the pipeline, where the pipeline passes through 7 tunnels. Because of the abnormal weather condition, steep terrain and short construction period of Guozigou section as well as the contemporary construction demand of Third West Pipeline Project, a series of technical innovations are applied to fulfill the construction task of laying two D 1 219 mm × 26.4 mm pipelines in 4.2 m wide tunnels with safety, high quality and fast speed. The experience is accumulated from the successful application of these technical innovations.
