摘要
"红外光谱成像分析技术",是指以分子光谱学作为理论基础;以红外热成像技术作为工具;分析、鉴别、检测特定的(如有毒、有害、特殊)气体,发现其存在,并能以直接观察可视图像的方式,确定其位置的技术。本文介绍其原理、应用;有关红外线SF6检漏摄像仪的研制;讨论光谱成像分析技术的发展方向。
'Infrared Spectral Imaging Technology ' is a detecting technology of gases and,more particularly to a imaging system for producing a video display of leaks of invisible gas.Its’ based on molecular spectroscopy,and take thermal imaging technique as means of observation,can be detecting hazardous,toxic,or explosive gases.Visual displays of invisible gas clouds are produced by an imaging device by radiation corresponding to an absorption line of the gas to be detected.In this paper,the principle and applications of this technology are introduced,our work about develop a SF6 infrared camera for leaking detection is presented,research trends and developmental prospects of this technology are also discussed.
