填充墙对框架结构抗震性能影响分析 被引量:14

Influence of filled wall on seismic performance of frame structure

摘要 在对汶川地震房屋调查分析基础上,对带填充墙的框架结构进行分析,研究其对结构抗震性能的影响。主要考虑填充墙材料、位置、数量等影响因素,建立29个10层框架结构模型,采用有限元软件,分析Taft波作用下结构的地震反应。结果表明:由填充墙布置造成的"薄弱层"在结构底层时,对结构地震反应影响最大,中间层次之,顶层最小;填充墙分别采用标准砖、空心砖、加气混凝土砌块时,"薄弱层"刚度突变的影响逐渐减小,但不宜忽略不计;某层填充墙截面面积与其相邻上层填充墙截面面积之比γw≤45%时,须将该层视为薄弱层,实际设计过程中建议γw取60%;根据研究,给出考虑填充墙影响的框架结构自振周期及抗侧刚度计算模型。 Based on seismic damage statistics of buildings in the Wenchuan earthquake,the masonry infilled frame structure were analyzed,and the influences of material,location,quantity of filled wall on frame structures were discussed.Using finite element software,and inputting the taft seismic wave,the seismic response of the masonry infilled frame structure were obtained.Results indicate that the influence on the seismic response of weak layer caused by filled wear's layout is the biggest when it lies in the bottom of frame structure,and then followed by middle-floor and top floor in order.From standard brick to hollow brick and aerated concrete block,the influence on changing stiffness of filled walls' materials becomes smaller and smaller,but it's influence cannot be ignored.When the cross-section ratio of first layer's filled wall to next layer's filled wall is smaller than 45%,the layer should be treaded as weak layer.The cross-section ratio should be equal to 60% in design.Based on numerical analysis,the formulas for calculating fundamental period and horizontal stiffness are presented,in which the influence of filled walls are given.
