摘要
为了开发具有变形自复位功能和自限位功能的新型隔震装置,研究并制备一种新型材料——形状记忆合金金属橡胶(Shape Memory Alloy Metallic Pseudo-Rubber,SMA-MPR)。为了研究加工成型工艺对该材料变形自复位能力的影响,共制备三种采用不同加工工艺的SMA-MPR,并对这三种材料的力学性能和变形自复位能力进行试验研究。首先测试三种材料的试件在不同频率正弦压缩循环荷载作用下的力学性能;然后将产生残余变形的三种类型试件放入可控温度箱内加热并测试其变形回复能力。为了验证试件在变形回复后是否仍具有稳定的力学性能,将它们安置在试验机上再次测试正弦循环荷载作用下的力学滞变性能。试验结果表明,形状记忆合金金属橡胶是开发土木工程结构用隔震装置的理想材料。
To develop novel isolators with self buffer and with residual deformation self-recovery ability,a new type of material,shape memory alloy metallic pseudo-rubber(SMA-MPR),was fabricated and investigated in this study.Mechanical behavior of this material was investigated,together with its deformation self-recovery ability.To address if various processing technologies of SMA-MPR have great influence on their deformation self-recovery ability,three types of SMA-MPR specimens were fabricated.Mechanical behavior of the SMA-MPR specimens under cyclic sinusoidal compression loadings with various frequencies were test.Then,three types of SMA-MPR specimens with residual deformation were put into a temperature controlled stove and their deformation recovery ability were tested.To address if these SMA-MPR specimens still have stable mechanical properties after deformation recovery,they were installed in the test machine.Their stress-strain behavior under cyclic sinusoidal loads were tested again.Experimental results indicated that SMA-MPR is good potential material to develop novel seismic isolators for civil infrastructures.
