摘要
外墙保温是推广建筑节能的关键技术之一。通过试验研究XPS外墙外保温体系XPS保温板与结构层之间黏结强度与黏结面积、黏结方式、黏结厚度之间的关系,提出剪切强度的多变量拟合方法。根据试验数据,基于最小二乘法,求解出剪切强度与诸多变量之间的定量关系,为外墙外保温体系保温层的黏结提供理论依据。
The external wall thermal insulation is one of the key technologies in building energy-saving.This paper studied the bond behavior of XPS insulation boards and structure layer,the result showed bonding behavior varied with the bonding area,bonding method andthickness.The multivariate fitting method of shear strength was proposed.Based on experimental data,via least square method,the multivariate relationship between shear strength and these variables was proposed,which provided theoretical basis for the application of XPS insulating boards bonding.
