摘要
将粉煤灰用于污水污泥的调质,分析了污泥和粉煤灰的相关性质,通过实验确定粉煤灰投加量对污泥沉降性能和真空抽滤性能的影响,在最佳投加量下进行了粉煤灰和PAM调理效果的对比,结果表明,污泥属于难脱水物质,而粉煤灰属于易脱水物质;适量的粉煤灰能改善污泥的沉降性能,投加量为45%(干基)时,污泥的SV值由原泥的91.6%减小到76.8%;粉煤灰显著改善了污泥的脱水性能,最佳投加量为45%,比阻为0.36×1013m/kg,较原泥减小86%,泥饼含水率也由85.2%降低到71.3%;粉煤灰的调理效果略差于PAM,但经济优势较大,为粉煤灰在污泥调理中的应用提供了一定的依据。
Fly ash is used to conditioned for sewage sludge.Some characters of sludge and fly ash were analyzed.Impacts on settling characteristics and vacuum filtration dewaterability of sewage sludge under various dosages of fly ash were investigated with experiments.Under optimal dosage,treatment effects of fly ash and PAM were compared.Sewage sludge is classified as a difficult dewatering material,on the contrast,fly ash is an easy dewatering material.The sludge settling could be improved obviously by adding adaptable fly ash.When 45%(by dry weight)fly ash was added to the sludge,the SV of sludge decreased from 91.6% of original sludge to 76.8%.The vacuum filtration dewaterability of sewage sludge was also improved when fly ash was added compared to untreated sludge.The optimal dosage-45%,specific resistance was 0.36×1013m/kg,decreasing 86% compared to the sludge without the addition of fly ash.The water content of vacuum filtration decreased from 85.2% of untreated sludge direct filtration to 71.3%.The treatment effect of fly ash was a little worse than that of PAM under optimal dosages respectively,while fly ash had a great advantage in economy,which provides a good basis for the utilization of fly ash in sewage sludge.
