摘要
污水生物处理系统中污泥胞外聚合物EPS对系统性能变化起到重要的作用,其含量反映污泥中微生物特性及构成的变化,并进而影响到污泥特性和系统的处理效果。但由于EPS影响因素众多,因而目前尚缺乏标准的分析方法。文中对EPS的影响因素进行综合分析,其中影响因素主要包括废水基质以及工艺运行条件如污泥负荷、溶解氧、停留时间等,并对不同的EPS提取方式及其组分测定方法进行了比较分析。随着人们对EPS及其作用认识的不断深入,必将对污水生物处理系统处理效果的有效控制起到重要的推动作用。
Extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) in biological wastewater treatment system,incarnating the function and composition of microorganisms,would contribute obviously to sludge characteristics and the performance of the system.However,standard method for measuring EPS has been not determined because of its numerous influencing factors.Therefore,the factor of EPS was analyzed synthetically in this paper,such as the influent components and operating conditions,which including sludge loading,dissolved oxygen and hydraulic detention time.Different extracting mode and measuring method were also comparatively analyzed.It would accelerate the control effect on the treatment efficiency of biological treatment system by further study on EPS and its function
