摘要
面对循环经济技术应用过程中存在的环境污染问题,需要定量化评价废旧资源再循环过程中污染物的产生和对环境的潜在影响。文章以废聚丙烯塑料的气化技术和超临界水降解技术为研究对象,采用生命周期分析为研究方法,通过目标和范围确定、清单分析、影响评价以及结果解析四大步骤,对两种技术的环境影响进行评价并比较。结果表明,从总的环境负荷来看,超临界水降解技术是气化技术的3.6倍,其环境影响潜值分别是2.38和0.66;从环境影响类型来看,废聚丙烯塑料能源回收技术主要对全球变暖、酸化和烟尘粉尘三类环境问题影响较大,三者分别占气化技术环境负荷总量的56.9%、23.2%和12.5%,占超临界水技术环境负荷总量的37.4%、33.9%和18.2%。
In order to reduce the environmental pollution with the development of circular economy,it is necessary to evaluate quantitatively the pollutant generation and the environmental effect in adopting technologies on resource recycling. To compare environmental performances of the gasification technology(GT) and the supercritical water technology(SWT) being used in energy recovery from waste polypropylene,this paper performed a typical life cycle assessment on those two processes,which involved four steps that are goal and scope definition,inventory analysis,assessment and interpretation. Results showed that the environmental load of GT is 3.6 times of that of SWT(their values are 2.38 and 0.66 respectively) . The main environmental effects are global warming,acidification and dust,which contribute to 56.9%,23.2% and 12.5% of the total environmental load of GT,and 37.4%,33.9% and 18.2% of the total environmental load of SWT respectively.
