摘要
磷石膏综合利用问题长期以来一直是制约磷化工可持续发展的难题。在前期研究基础上,在200 t/d循环流化床上进行了磷石膏高硫煤分解实验研究,探讨了循环流化床分解操作的关键运行参数对磷石膏分解的影响,为进一步工业化放大设计提供有利的参考依据。
Reusing and recycling of phosphogypsum has been a hardly problem for the development of phosphorous industry.Based on a several previously works,research work had been taken on a circulating fluidized bed(CFB) processing capacity of 200 t/d for the decomposition of phosphogypsum with high sulfur coal.The affection of operating parameters on the decomposition had been discussed,which could offer the basic references for the further designing of industrial scale.
