摘要
天然气加工处理工艺过程中,脱水装置是一个重要的操作单元,在采用TEG脱水的工艺中,板式泡罩塔盘和规整填料是2个比较普遍的内件类型。本文通过实例设计过程,在工艺软件模拟和水力学计算的基础上,分析了2种内件结构之间的技术经济差异,初步显示出喷射型塔盘在处理易发泡体系、扩产改造和提高传质效率三方面的优越性能。
The dehydration unit is a major operating unit in natural gas processing and treatment process,the bubble cap trays and structured packing is very common internals selection in the TEG dehydration process.In this paper,technical and economic differences between them are demonstrated by during column design process based on software process simulation and hydraulic calculation.The result proves that the spray tray has many excellent performances contrasting with structure packing in the field of handling with foaming system,capacity expansion and increasing mass-transfer efficiency.
