摘要
研究了用连续流动分析仪测定烟草中的淀粉,淀粉与碘结合呈现蓝色,在660nm波长处有最大吸收.依据此特性,建立了一种烟草中淀粉含量的连续流动分析方法.方法的回收率在97%~104%之间,相对标准偏差为1.5%;并用该方法测定了几种烟草样品中的淀粉含量,结果令人满意.
A continuous flow analytical method for the determination of starch in tobacco was studied.The starch can reacts with iodine to form a blue complex.The blue complex has maximum absorbance at 660 nm.Based on this,a continuous flow method for the determination of starch in tobacco was established.The recovery of the method was between 97% —104% and the s relative standard deviations was 1.5% .This method was applied to the determination of starch in tobacco samples,and the results are satisfactory.
