摘要
研究了卷烟加工工艺过程中几个重要工序对烟草中碳水化合物含量的影响,并在实验室用人工气候箱模拟卷烟加工工艺过程中储叶的温湿度条件,进一步研究了润叶后不同储叶温度以及不同烟叶水分对烟草中碳水化合物含量的影响.实验结果表明:随着卷烟加工工艺环节的依次推进,样品中细胞壁物质、淀粉、果胶、木质素和纤维素的含量呈下降趋势,而糖类化合物的含量变化规律性不明显;不同碳水化合物在不同工艺环节前后其含量变化也有所不同;在烟叶水分相同的条件下,淀粉、总糖的含量随着储叶温度的升高而降低;在储叶温度相同的条件下,淀粉、纤维素、细胞壁物质含量随着烟叶水分的增加而降低.
In this paper,the influence of different processing step and different storage condition of tobacco leaves on the amounts of carbohydrate in tobacco was studied.The results showed that the contents of cell wall substances,starch,pectin,lignin and cellulose decreased with the pushing forward of processing steps.But it was not observed that sugars changed regularly during processing.The amounts of different carbohydrates changed differently during processing.The contents of starch and total sugar in the conditioned leaves decreased with the increase of storage temperature under the same moisture contents of tobacco leaves condition.And when the storage temperature was the same,the contents of starch,cellulose and cell wall substances decreased with the increase of the moisture contents of tobacco leaves.
