摘要
针对烟草常规加料工艺中存在的烟叶加料不均匀和料液吸收不完全的情况,采用真空负压设备对烟叶加料,对不同批次的加料烟叶中料液替代物(甘油)进行跟踪检测,通过对甘油检测数据的数理统计及单因素方差分析验证,结果表明:①常规加料甘油数据在99%置信区间有显著性差异;真空加料四组样品中,加料比0.5%ZJf样品在95%置信区间有差异,差异度较常规加料小,其余三组真空加料样品ZJs(加料比0.7%)、ZJh(加料比1%)、ZJ50(加料比1%)均无显著差异.②减少30%甘油添加量的真空加料样品ZJs,其吸收料液的量达到了常规加料水平.因此,真空加料的均匀性要优于常规加料,而且真空加料可降低料液的损耗.
For the unhomogeneity and insufficiency of Casing capability in cigarette manufacturing technology,vacuum casing device was used for tobacco casing.By using the casing substitute(glycerol) to each sample,the glycerol content were analyzed,then using one-way analysis of variance to estimate the sampling variance.The statistical data shows that:① There are significant differences between samples of the normal casing in 99% confidence interval.For the vacuum casing,there are some significant differences between samples of the zjf in 95% confidence interval,to the other three vacuum casing samples(ZJs,ZJh,ZJ50),there are not any significant differences in 95% confidence interval.② Vacuum casing ZJs reduces the glycerol addition by 30%,the casing capability is almost up to the normal casing.Consequently,the vacuum casing is superior to the normal casing,and the vacuum casing has a better casing consumption.
