摘要
与传统集中控制比较,虽然Profibus-DP现场总线在系统设计、降低成本、安装调试、维护及扩展方面都具有十分明显的优势,但是该总线技术仅适用于设备控制层,需要借助于工业以太网,才可以实现信息管理层、集中监控层与控制层间的信息传输、远程控制和监视。而工业以太网应用在自动化控制过程中,存在着数据传输的安全性差、实时性弱等缺点。为了实现数据在管理层、监控层及设备控制层间的直接传输,提高数据传输的安全性和实时性,在实际应用了Profinet,Profibus-DP以及Profibus-PA三种总线技术,从而建成了完善的企业管理、生产、过程监控的信息和控制网络系统,实现了控制网络与信息网络的紧密集成,运行效果较为明显。
Compared with triditional centralized control,although Profibus-DP has many outstanding advantages over system design, cost reduction,installation and commissioning,maintenance and extention,this technology only applies to equipment control system for the sake of making successful information transferring,remote controlling,and monitoring between information management system, centralizes control system and equipment control system,and it heavily depends upon industrial ethernet network.And industrial ethernet network has many defects such as weak securiety,worse real time in the data transfer system when it applies with control automation. In order to transfer data directly between management system,monitoring system and equipment control system,improve data transferring with respect to securiety and real time,three bus technologies,Profinet,Profibus-DP and Profibus-PA are adopted in actual applications.Based on those three technologies,perfect information and control network systems are established in the aspects of management,production,process,montering,compact integration between control network and information network is achieved,and the actual running effect from those there technologies is obviously much better than applied before.
