摘要
烟气–烟气换热器(gas-gas heater,GGH)是烟气湿法脱硫系统的重要设备,GGH结垢是困扰脱硫系统正常运行的普遍难题,该文对GGH结垢强弱不同的2个电厂的现场样品进行对比分析,研究表明GGH垢形成过程中对原烟气中的逃逸飞灰是选择吸收的,垢中硅铝比高,钠含量高。GGH垢的强度取决于飞灰的性质,高铝飞灰能更多地从静电除尘器中逃逸,造成强度更大的GGH结垢。作为GGH结垢的主要成分,硫酸钙在垢中以二水石膏存在,用高温蒸汽吹灰时,转变为无水石膏,或许会促使结垢的疏松,有利于其清除。
Gas-gas heater(GGH) is a key equipment in wet flue gas desulfurization systems,and its scaling is a general problem that affects seriously the normal operation of the desulfurization systems.Some site samples have been analyzed comparatively in two power plants whose GGHs scaling strength were different.It is showed that GGH scaling absorbed selectively the escaped fly ash in the original gas in the GGH,with high Si/Al ratio and high Na content.The strength of GGH scaling depended on the nature of fly ash.High-Al fly ash could escape more from electrostatic precipitators and caused harder GGH scaling than other fly ashes.As a main ingredient in GGH scaling,CaSO4 kept as gypsum in the scaling,and changed into anhydrite,which could perhaps cause the loose of the scaling to be cleaned easily.
