摘要
在进行基础地理信息建库时,往往希望直接输出标准地形图制图成果,但是由于空间数据建库和地形图制图服务的对象不同,二者设计的思想理念便会存在一些本质的区别,在实际工作中这样的要求难以实现,只有正确理解二者之间的相互关系,将地形图制图规划到基础地理信息数据库的进一步应用范畴内,才能设计出真正符合G IS要求的基础地理信息数据库结构,保证完成的基础地理信息数据库成果能够广泛地满足社会相关行业的需要,体现基础地理信息成果的基础性服务价值。
When we building a fundamental geographic information database,we always want to direct output of the standard topographic mapping results,however,due to the different serviced targets between of the spatial data database and the cartographic map,the design of them will be based on some essential differences concept,in practical work,such a requirement usually be difficult to achieve,only by correctly understanding the relationship between the two work,planning the topographic mapping to the further application of the fundamental geographic information database,only in this way,we can design a fundamental geographic information database structure that truly meet the requirements of GIS,we can ensure the fundamental geographic information database to meet the wide range needs of relevant sectors of society,we can ensure the fundamental geographic information can reflect the basic services value..
