摘要
目的:了解门诊老年病患者对护理健康教育的需求,探讨护理健康教育的形式与方法。方法:采用问卷对200例老年病患者健康教育的需求情况及最受欢迎的形式和方法进行调查。结果:对回收的问卷进行统计学处理,老年病患者对护理健康教育有强烈的需求,对护理健康教育内容需求依次为:用药指导,饮食指导,休息指导,运动指导。最受欢迎的健康教育形式是医护交谈。结论:健康教育是门诊护理工作中重要的环节,有利于提高患者对疾病的认知度、依从性,提高生理、心理的双重满意度。门诊健康教育应有目的、有计划,方法应灵活多样化,因人而异,因病而异。
[Objective]To investigate the requirements rates for nursing health education among the aged patients in clinic and explored the measures and ways of nursing health education.[Method]A questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 aged out-patients whose the requirements and the most welcomed ways of health education were investigated.[Result]By statistic managing for questionnaire survey tests,we found that the aged out-patients strongly require the nursing health education.Their ordinal requirements for education are:medicine guidance,diet guidance,rest guidance,exercise guidance,and the most welcomed methods is conversation of doctor to nurse.[Conclusion]The health education is the important part of nursing work in clinic.It is advantaged for patients to know the cognizing and compliance of disease,and it is useful to improve satisfaction of both psychological and physical ways.Health education of out-patient should have the aim and plan,the ways of education should be flexible,diversiform and adjust measures to different person and patient.
