摘要
流程再造作为企业管理的新技术被广泛引入医院管理领域。为了避免相应工作的失误甚至失败,本文认为应该科学地理解医疗服务流程再造的涵义,将其纳入医院质量管理体系,充分考虑流程再造成本,在特定的医院文化和专业特征等具体环境下,积极争取患者的参与,通过医院全体人员的共同努力,从而实现医院服务流程再造的目标。
The procedure reestablishing as a new technique of the business management has been extensively introduced into the hospital management.In order to avoid the corresponding errors,even failure,the hospital should really comprehend the meaning of the medical service procedure reestablishing,bring it into the hospital quantity management system,fully consider its cost,and,with the joint effort of the hospital faculty,achieve the goal of hospital service procedure reestablishing.
