摘要 目的了解浦东新区小学生家长合理营养知识的认知水平及影响因素,制定针对性的干预策略。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取10所公立小学校;在每所学校按照学号随机抽取2~5年级的学生2692名小学生的家长进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 11.0软件进行统计分析。结果有18.87%的小学生家长缺乏营养知识。通过单因素、多因素分析,年龄较大的学生家长尤其缺乏营养知识。结论年龄较大的学生家长应是重点干预的人群。 Objective To investigate balanced nutrition knowledge and influence factors among students’ parents in Pudong New Area, and to make up the intervention strategy. Methods Cluster random sampling was carried out in 10 primary schools in Pudong New Area. 2 692 students were recruited from Grade2 to Grade 5, whose parents were surveyed by questionnaires. The data was collected and analyzed by software SPSS 11.0. Results 18.87% pupils’ parents in Pudong New Area were generally lack of rational nutrition knowledge. The single-factor and multi-factors analysis showed that the older parents were particularly lack of balanced nutrition knowledge. Conclusion The older parents were the target intervention population.
