法国昂西动画节被公认为世界第一大国际动画节,也是目前国际上最大、最权威的动画业的比赛大展。昂西动画节的评奖比较注重艺术个性的发挥与独特的表达风格。动画节的商业运作模式非常成功,是所有业内人士都不会忽视的一个国际性的动画嘉年华。
CICA hosted in France is publicly regarded as the big- gest international animation festival,as well as the present inter- national largest and most authoritative animation competition and exhibition.Usually the CICA committee will lay more stress on the exertion of artistic characteristics and unique expressive styles. Meanwhile,the commercial running mode of CICA is very successful.Now CICA has become an international animation car- nival which cannot be neglected by the animation circle.
