With the advent of the post-quota era, the intense competition at low costs has driven lots of textile and clothes enterprises into a 'Red Sea' of trouble; they have to struggle to survive. The gradual abolishment of quotas has also enabled an escalating increment of trade barriers of the EU, the U.S. and other countries to China. These days when globalization is sweeping every corner of the world, in what ways Chinese clothes enterprises access to international markets has become an issue that needs to be resolved on an urgent basis. And many enterprises represented by Hong Dou Group have chosen to build factories overseas, thereby lowering costs and avoiding trade barriers. On the other hand, brand like JEFEN lift a 'China Wave' through brand promotion during international fashion weeks. In essence, neither the establishment of plants overseas nor the promotion of brands is advantageous over the other.
