摘要
目的研究罗森塔尔效应对护理专业学生人际沟通能力的影响,使其将来更适应于临床工作。方法在人际沟通课教学中实验班教师注重罗森塔尔效应,对照班仍旧采用传统教学方法。然后实验班和对照班分别进行人际沟通各个环节的考试;进行学生满意度问卷调查;进行临床带教老师的问卷调查。结果实验班由于在教学中注重罗森塔尔效应,课程考核成绩高于对照班,同时自信心及自尊心、自制力、应变能力、创新能力、合作学习能力、语言与非语言的运用能力等方面学生的反映也明显的高于对照班,临床带教老师的评价也较好。结论罗森塔尔效应在护理专业教学中,可以提高护生的综合素质,在其他专业的教学中值得广泛推广应用。
Objective We studied the influence affect of Rosenthal-Effect to interpersonal communicative ability of the students of nursing specialty,in order to make them adapt to the clinical work in the future.Methods The teacher of the experimental class paid great attention to the Rosenthal-Effect in the teaching in interpersonal communication class,the comparison class still used the traditional teaching method.Then the experimental class and the comparison class carried on the test separately on each aspect in the interpersonal communication;Carried on the questionnaire survey about the satisfied degree of the students;Carried on the questionnaire survey of the clinical training teachers.Results Because the experimental class paid great attention to the Rosenthal-Effect in the teaching,the result of the curriculum test was higher than the comparison class’s.Simultaneously the self-confidence and the self-respect,the self-control,strain capacity,innovation ability,cooperation learning capability,the utilization ability of language and non-language and so on was also obviously higher than the comparison class.And the evaluation of the clinical training teachers was also good.Conclusions The Rosenthal-Effect in the nursing specialized teaching may enhance the comprehensive quality of the nursing students,is also worth promoting the application in other specialized teaching widely
