摘要
教师评价行为影响幼儿自我概念的形成,甚至影响其一生发展。专家型教师以了解幼儿为基础,关注幼儿的情感体验,利用阐释性评价促进幼儿的发展,其评价行为明确具体,充满教育学理解力。借鉴专家型教师的评价经验,教师应该客观全面地评价幼儿,尊重幼儿的主体地位,从幼儿发展的高度选择评价行为,从而提高评价效果,促进幼儿的全面发展。
Teachers'assessment has influences on the formation of children's self image and even on their future development. Expert teachers will promote children's development by using explanative assessment,which is based on the understanding of children'mental development and emotional experiences.Teachers should objectively and completely understand children and regard them as a principal part of educational process.Application of proper methods of assessment will promote the all round development of children.
